By offering in-house training courses throughout Germany, we enable companies to train their teams directly in the workplace. This not only promotes direct application of what has been learned, but also saves travel time and costs, which leads to more efficient and effective training.
Flexible
No fixed dates - for in-house training courses, we can arrange the date and venue as we wish.

In an in-house training course, only participants from your own company are present. This means that the problems, challenges and structures of your own company can be discussed much more freely.

The process: from the interview to the audit
We will discuss all relevant questions with you in an initial free consultation.
This includes:
– Which training is right for us?
– Is in-house training the right format for us?
– What do our employees need to consider in order to prepare for the training in the best possible way?
Everyone needs some time to think and clarify open questions.
We therefore clarify the relevant framework conditions following the consultation:
– How many employees should take part in the training?
– When should the training take place?
– What premises will be made available for the training?
We will provide you with a quote that includes the details discussed beforehand and the agreed price.
The price per participant usually corresponds to the respective course price.
After the training has been paid for, the participants are activated for the training. This gives participants access to the workbook and all materials that should be read or learned before the training.
For this we need the first name, last name and e-mail address of each participant.
Our trainers will be on site approximately one hour before the official start of the training. This is not a lot of lead time – so we ask that the training room is prepared in advance and equipped with a projector or TV with HDMI connection.
The course itself takes place in a closed group of participants and usually runs daily from 09:00 to 17:30.
In addition, there is a voluntary “Ask-Me-Anything” Q&A session at the end of each day, which ends at 6:00 pm at the latest.
The exam takes place downstream and must be completed by each participant independently online at Scaled Agile.
The exam itself is a multiple choice closed book format.
Further questions on the examination procedure are dealt with in detail in a separate chapter at the end of each training course.

- Exam preparation takes place through participation in the course and through the independent processing of additional learning content from Scaled Agile. Further exam preparation is possible on request.
- Participants can take the exam after completing the SAFe Agilist course on the SAFe Community Platform.
- Depending on the course, 73% to 80% of the questions must be answered correctly in order to pass.
- The examination language is English.
- The course materials are an integral part of the course and the exam and are available for download on the SAFe Community platform.
- The study guide describes the tasks and all resources related to the exam. This includes a detailed reading list, which must also be completed for the exam.
- A practice test conveys the exam format and is structured in exactly the same way as the certification exam. In other words, it has the same number of questions, the same level of difficulty and the same length of time.
- The practice test can be taken as often as required and free of charge to prepare for the exam.
- Important: The practical test is not the examination for certification and does not guarantee successful completion of the certification examination.
- The first examination attempt is already included in the course if the examination is taken within 30 days of the end of the course.
- Each retry costs $50.
- The first repeat attempt can be made immediately after the first attempt.
- The second repeat attempt requires a waiting period of 10 days.
- The third repeat attempt requires a 30-day waiting period.
