By offering in-house workshops throughout Germany, we enable companies to train their teams directly in the workplace. This not only promotes direct application of what has been learned, but also saves travel time and costs, which leads to more efficient and effective training.

No fixed dates - for in-house training courses, we can arrange the date and venue as we wish.

In an in-house training course, only participants from your own company are present. This means that the problems, challenges and structures of your own company can be discussed much more freely.

The process: from the interview to the audit
We will discuss all relevant questions with you in an initial free consultation.
These include:
– Which workshop is right for us?
– Are in-house workshops the right format for us?
– What do our employees need to bear in mind to prepare for the workshop in the best possible way?
Everyone needs some time to think and clarify open questions.
We therefore clarify the relevant framework conditions following the consultation:
– How many employees should take part in the workshop?
– When should the workshop take place?
– What facilities will be provided for the workshop?
We will provide you with a quote that includes the details discussed beforehand and the agreed price.
The price depends on the number of participants.
It is not necessary to prepare for the workshop. However, it is helpful to get an overview of the metrics used so far in advance.
Our trainers will be on site approximately one hour before the official start of the training. This is not a lot of lead time – so we ask that the training room is prepared in advance and equipped with a projector or TV with HDMI connection.
The workshop itself takes place in a closed group of participants and usually lasts 4-5 hours.
In addition, there is a voluntary “Ask-Me-Anything” Q&A session at the end of each day.
After the workshop, the aim is to apply what has been learned in a targeted manner. If further support is required, we will be happy to assist you with the implementation.
We can support you with consulting as well as with Scrum Masters for implementation.
